Staff is amazing! They are extremely professional and very communicative throughout the entire process. Really respectful of our home and removed shoes without being asked!Fair pricing and strong knowledge of what they’re doing. I would highly recommend using Avid. Trey arrived when he said he would. He was very thorough. Smell of dead rat in basement and he spent a long while looking for it. He went around the sill of the house outside feeling for holes and found a large chunk of wood had been chewed for rat’s entry way. Took photos. Knew about rat behaviour. He is excellent at what he does!

Natasha came within the window I was told, and very quickly found out the trouble areas where the mice are coming into our house. The traps were baited and set up quickly and placed where they needed to be, away from where kids or the dogs can get to. Plus got some advice on how to seal up our house. 10/10 would recommend.
