Picked up the phone to put me on hold and tell me we’re not accepting new clients after having me hold for minutes. Refused to tell me what’s the average wait time for wait list. Mismanaged and totally different tone than what they claim.

James Miklos is a great therapist. He is compassionate and really wants to help people. I don't think pushing faith-based healing (aka homeopathy) on someone who has come to you for psychotherapy is an ethical practice. I've both experienced this first hand from you and heard second hand that you've done this to others. You seem like a person who is compassionate and genuinely wants to be helpful, however positive intentions are not enough to help people heal or to prevent inadvertent harm.If your purport that homeopathy is based on science, then where is the science that says it is more effective than placebo (aka the power of belief/faith in a treatment)? Because there is a LOT of science that demonstrates it is no more effective than placebo.

I would highly recommend James Miklos to anyone looking for a therapist who is compassionate and understanding of their needs. I have had counselling from him for many years and he has helped me to resolve many of my own emotional conflicts. I have always found James to be ethical and a man of high moral character.
