Chris at Canadian Crafts was very helpful when I called the store for some last-minute gifts for clients. I had very specific requirements that needed to be met and he went above and beyond to find the appropriate gift. The service, response and attention to detail was amazing. Would highly recommend Canadian Crafts.

I contacted Canadian Crafts to coordinate gift baskets for a corporate event and was very lucky to have been helped by Chris. He was extremely accommodating and did an amazing job from start to finish. I was able to fully customize the baskets to fit my needs and it was packaged and delivered very professionally. Would recommend!

I absolutely love Canadian Crafts! It’s an inviting shop with the best variety of high quality Canadian souvenirs and gifts. I loved my experience here in store, as well as online. I emailed Chris to order more from the shop, something that was available in store but not on the website. Chris was so incredibly helpful and picked up the item I asked for and sent it to my house. Chris had great communication with me through the entire transaction online. I ordered a zip up sweatshirt and it is my favorite one!! It’s very well made and a very comfortable cotton blend. Also, my item arrived so quickly! This shop has amazing staff and gifts. All of the goodies I found at Canadian Crafts have been lovely, everyone loves the ice-wine tea, maple tea, sweatshirts, maple syrup, candies and more. I love it here, it’s my favorite shop in Vancouver!

I'm so impressed! I like to buy small Canadian gifts to give away when I travel, and bought a number of the 'Grizzly Bear (star marble) with BC Jade Fish 2 inches' and the 'Grizzly Bear with Jade Fish 1 inch' from Canadian Crafts. These are boxed so nicely and come with a nice card that explains BC Jade.Chris, the owner, has been super helpful, friendly and fantastic to deal with.There are various places to buy from but I'm so glad I landed on buying from Canadian Crafts - very happy with the products and service!
