Booked a trip through SellOff Vacations at the Argentia location through the amazing travel agent Sylvia to Iceland. She made booking an absolute breeze. Was very easy to plan a trip with her experience and expertise. In addition, she was super attentive to detail for the trip, always looking out for the best of the best. Sylvia provided amazing customer service, always sharing her expert knowledge towards great excursions to go on and the sights to see while in Iceland. Loved booking with her and look forward to booking another trip again soon!

I have been working with one of your wonderful travel reps Rosemarie Walters for the past 6 years. I have to say she is amazing and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. From our very trip we booked with her in April of 2013 to our most recent trip we just booked with her tin June d for our honeymoon we’ve been beyond impressed.Her knowledge and guidance of the carabiean destinations that we have been to, her knowledge and going the extra mile is beyond impressive. Though I’ve never met Rosemarie in person, I feel as though I know her I would and will always go to her first.She has never guided us wrong and I’ve referred friends to her and will continue to do so. Brian and I are so appreciative of her extra efforts on our most recent trip working on her day off to make sure she got us in on one of the last seats and rooms left available for our honeymoon destination.Sell Off Vacations is beyond lucky to have Rosemarie as on of their own and you are even luckier to have her as part of your team. Love this location and the help that we got from Regina! It was our first time going on a cruise so we had absolutely no idea where to start and Regina was able to help us find everything. We felt really good going just knowing that we had everything booked and what to expect from the experiences she shared with us. Even right before our trip we had some unexpected charges on our credit card and was able to contact Regina and she was very quick at responding and was able to help us out :) had the best time ever!

Booked a trip at this location through Sylvia. It was a trip for couple of seniors. Sylvia was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, experienced and gave great recommendations. She is a prime example of why quality travel agents are always needed and if you rely solely on online booking you are missing out some great expertise. Thank you for all your help!

Yaneth Reyes is best. She give great service. She stayed late in the office for us to get best deal/price. She emailed to Resort for us for our concern . She called us for the day of traveling to follow-up.

After going abroad many times, I have to say that this is the best location to book a vacation, especially with Sylvia. Rosemarie Walters is a great travel agent. I've been booking all of my trips with Rosemarie at the argentia and Winston Churchill location for years. Rosemarie always makes sure my special requests are met and helps me chose the best destinations based on my requirements. Rosemarie is also very caring and follows up after my trips to make sure they were fabulous and to get feedback that can help others in the future. I would highly recommend this travel agency.

Booked through rose marie for a vacation that took place just prior to covid outbreak in february/20. Wonderful vacation...Within the last month, l visited the Argentina office in person to find out rose Marie was off that day and in the office the following 2 days.I followed up the next day and left her a voicemail to contact me.Never heard back from her. 1 week passed and l called again being put on hold and was hung up on with no return call.. frustrated to say the least.Called again cyber who l asked fo Monday this week and rose Marie on vacation so decided to speak with Regina who assured me she would be in touch probably not today but soon.Now 5 more days have passed and still zero contact.I had planned booking something 1 month ago for mid February when prices were more favorable. The trip l had considered is now $1000 more per couple 1 monfh later.FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.... 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT....

Excellent deals and customer service. Highly recommended travel agency. Will definitely ask them again for help. I’ve gone through these guys multiple times now and every time has been a great experience, I wouldn’t book flights any other way!
