Teresa was a patient, inspirational and funny instructor! It was amazing what I learned in just one class.

The Grasby Art Studio is such a comfortable place to learn new tricks and improve your skills. Teresa is a great teacher, and she always knows the best techniques for whatever project you’re working on! My artwork has improved immensely and I couldn’t be happier that I get to do it in a great place surrounded by great people! Definitely recommend to everyone, no matter what your skill level is, it’s a great place to be!

Grasby is a fabulous place to learn. The studio is bright and generous in space with all the materials you need at your fingertips. The instruction is bar none and although there may be other students in the studio, Teresa spends a good amount of time with every individual to feel you are having a private lesson. Teresa shares brilliant techniques, is enthusiastic, and obviously loves doing her job. She makes a beginner like myself want to return and explore the art of art!

I attended my first classes at Grasby art when I was 13 years old and soon I will be showcasing in my 4th art show as a painter. When I was a teenager my artistic skills advanced exponentially due to Teresa Grasby’s incredible instruction. Here I received technical instruction far beyond the quality that one might receive in school. Additionally, I was taught how to foster my creativity, explore myself as an artist, and access my personal freedom of expression. The work attached is all my own, created using the skills I learned here.

Got a teen art class package for my daughter. Expected some actual instruction, but it's just a time for your kid to do art with free supplies. NOT worth the money. Also, even though the monthly pass says 4 classes, and you sign up for a particular date and time, they don't tell you that you can't make up missed classes in the next month unless you are a member". Found out too late that you can actually attend any drop in class to make up a class. Poor advertising! Be clear about what you are offering!"

Teresa Grasby is an exceptional teacher. I’m in my second mountain palette workshop and I’ll definitely attend more. What I really appreciate about Teresa is she makes sure each person’s needs are addressed and encourages individual learning and creation - which makes each work unique. Attend one of Teresa’s workshops - you’ll be glad you did!

Grasby Art Studio is a place where you can relax, enjoy good music, meet other like-minded artists, and receive great art instruction. Coming to Grasby Art Studio, with limited experience and knowledge, I can say that I have become a capable artist. The instructors are knowledgeable in all mediums and have shared effective drawing and painting techniques. The staff is friendly and I always enjoy coming to the studio.I would recommend Grasby Art Studio to both young and mature students.
