Worst dry cleaners in Ontario! Don’y take your cloths here, they will destroy your clothing and won’t take responsibility! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They shrunk 3 sweaters and 2 pairs of pants of mine and refused to take responsibility. The owner somehow blamed me for there negligence and suggested I contact Nike about the issues with the fabric as the reason the sweaters shrunk. I told her that one of the sweaters was made by a completely different brand and she told me that she couldn’t do anything. Rude, poor customer service. Thief’s, I will be taking them to small claims court for ruining over 1000 dollars worth of clothing. Don’t bother with these thief’s they will steal your money!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you care about your clothes do NOT bring them here.Not only did they shrink over 7 expensive special clothing items (you bring your clothes to a dry cleaners so they don’t shrink) they won’t do anything about this, and are not ignoring me. Absolutely the worst experience ever .
