I ordered 400 photos online to pick up in store the next day, when I arrived at the store I was given two packages of photos with my name and information on them. While walking around the mall I opened one pack to show my best friend the hilarious (old, embarrassing) pictures. I started going through the photos and started sweating profusely when I realized they weren't mine. I opened the second pack and it was another complete strangers photos, plus 1/4th of the photos I had ordered. I went back to the store and not only did I go through all the photos for pick up that day, but I found MY personal photos of myself, my family and friends in 3 separate envelopes with other peoples names on them!!! This is a huge error and a huge privacy issue! I was given someone's personal photos, and 3 other people we're almost given mine. I am so thankful I was the first one to show up that day or my photos would have went home with some random stranger. I will NEVER develop photos at Wal-mart again. Everyone else's photos from that day were mixed up and all had wrong names on the envelopes as well. How unprofessional and embarrassing - for you and your customers.
