I got my iphone 6s screen repaired with this company during a month stay in Canada, everything went fine but once I returned home the touch screen stopped working and upon taking it to a repair shop back in Sydney I discovered the LCD had been damaged. After a few back and forth messages with them (during which they repeatedly told me I was being scammed when I was charged $190 for the exact same service which I paid $230 + tax for with their business) they banned me from their facebook which is their main point of contact and effectively blocked me out from communicating with them. I guess out of sight out of mind is their motto when it comes to poor customer service.To top it off they claim to be apple certified on their facebook display picture but are not.

These guys are amazing! They have fixed my phone screen, and my MacBook 2 times now after a major water spill. They are really honest and diligent. So lucky to have them here in Trail!

You can trust this place. I called them for a quote to repair an older phone and they advised me it would be cheaper to purchase a bit of an upgrade from eBay instead. Even helped me pick one out. Super helpful! Much appreciated.

Andrew owns a remarkable computer repair shop (along with us Dad Mark). Their friendliness and extensive expertise are the best I have ever encountered. These are exceptionally honest, kind, and highly capable folks - what we used to call “good, salt of the earth folks”.In an industry that is noted for its dishonesty and cash grabs, these people are a rare jewel of an exception. They charge a more-than-fair price, undercutting any other computer shop I’ve used in my 73 years. I cannot praise them highly enough.

My 2010 Macbook Pro stopped working on me about 2ish years ago, and had been sitting in a drawer ever since. I really didn't want to shell out the money to get a new one so I brought it to Andrew to see what he could do. I thought it was toast but he told me right away that it was totally salvageable and gave me my options on how to repair.Brought it in on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday night they had ordered the parts, repaired it and had it ready for me to pick up. My Macbook seems to be running faster than it did back in 2010 when it was brand new! I basically have a brand new computer, and they saved me a huge cost of purchasing new.Thanks to Mark and Andrew for the speedy repair and reasonable cost.
