Charged us extra for 12 years with insufficient food amount - we kept on ordering for more food. Management ended up measuring food just to find out that we were short with at least10 to 15 counts a day.Also other issues during safety measures.Metal in food , Hair in food, and etc…Food quality and taste awful.Yes we might had owed some funds which we clear the account like any other corporation during covid. These people were always rude and awful customer service before covid.Definitely pretending that they care only to insult you that you are lying to the staff.Date of investigation supposedly sent extra food and still was low in count.Changed the service and we are so pleased and happy.

WOW is all I can say. I love every aspect of this company, not only do they provide awesome food for our little ones here, the company dynamic and environment is evident in every interaction at every level. They have a nutritionist on staff that is available to spread knowledge to the centre and its parents, they do competitions with their chefs to create new, exciting and yummy dishes that our kids will enjoy, they send out informative newsletters with ideas and information about food for the season. I could go on and on. From the very initial meeting (which includes some yummy banana bars), to the follow up calls and e-mails to make sure we are happy, I am so very happy to be a customer of this company for almost 2 year, and looking forward to the many many more! Thank you guys!

We have been working with Wholesome Kids Catering for the last 7 months and we are very happy with their services and quality of food. They offer amazing plates, cater for all allergies and restrictions and also their customer service is awesome anytime we need them they are assisting fast and effectively. They always try to improve and take under consideration our feedback. Our Montessori school registers children from 18 months to 7 years old and all children enjoy their lunch :) Highly reccommended company!

I'm giving this place 1 because it's an option. Everyone is always quick to be show positive feedbacks on their sites but no negative. My child attends a daycare that use this catering company and I really have to shake my head at the disconnect with ministry and these facility.They have a pretty little menu to satisfy the ministry but not designed for small children to actually eat the food. What's the point of cooking food that children won't eat. My child is always hungry because she does not like the food. Curry chick peas and rice is one of the dish on the menu, sounds great to an adult but conduct a survey with parents and these daycare and find out how many children will actually eat that. Unbelievable!When I think of smart choices for children to eat this company does not come to mind. Stop serving food that most children won't eat. My child came home the other day hungry because they served some casarole and turkey and she didn't like it.I wish the ministry would actually pay more attention to this. It's one thing to have a pretty menu but how much food is going to waste determines if they have it right.Try serving a veggie burger 20 preschooler, toddler or kindergarter and come back and see how many eat it. Rethink your pretty menu. Conduct surveys with parents. Some of these daycare don't even take this seriously because it's not there child hungry all day and pocket is more important.

I love working for this company.. they put their whole heart into serving up great healthy food for kids.

My views are almost opposite from the lowest rated one on here in that I'm mostly satisfied, bit wish they would make the menu even healthier by reducing some of the carb loaded meals, dropping the refined soy products in favour of more chickpeas, lentils, and beans, adding a bit more veg, and going 100% sugar free. If they could do that I'd be in heaven as a parent. And yes kids eat this stuff. The first thing my toddler talks about when I ask her about her day at daycare was what she ate. My kid likes the chickpeas. They are also very good at managing food restrictions and allergies, thank goodness, as my child has multiple serious food allergies. They are also very responsive to specific questions about their menu and parents can contact them directly to ask about anything - so helpful.One thing that really rubbed me wrong was an educational" leaflet they added to my kid's meal about the military and life as a soldier on Remembrance Day. Depending on the audience

Requested that certain snacks be replaced because of the sugar content with another option but they advised the daycare because it was approved by a dietician, they were not required to provide a substitute. In just ONE day they serve 2 year olds Raisin Bran cereal, Plum Sauce, Peach yogurt and Arrowroot cookies - unacceptable. I hope they are being honest that the loaves and muffins are made with applesauce and not sugar. Disappointed :( my son does eat their lunches and enjoys them so I give them that.
