Canada Post

Lazy and incompetent people. Would never deliver your parcel even if you are at home. Left the delivery notice asking to collect from the post office even if it doesn't require a signature. It happened so many times. Frustrating and shameful.

Email says they came to door and left notice. I was home entire time and there was no notice left. Did they goto wrong address or do this to people on purpose. There are other reviews saying same was done to them. No listed phone number that's direct to confirm they even have it. Can use Shoppers to direct call, to hide? Clearly not setup with good customer service in mind. Hopefully this doesn't happen often. Only ordered the items online because I'm disabled and currently can't leave my house. So this experience leaves me with the feeling I shouldn't use Canada Post for simple packages. For normal letter delivery Canada Post seems to do a great job.

First of all, I only need to come here when Canada Post doesn't deliver my package in the first place. And they don't even update their hours. It did it was open, they were still closed for another 2 hours and had a person there who could give me my package (that I should have recieved a week ago) but can't because there not open" until noon.Canada Post claims to be keeping people safe. But what part of making me go there twice due to them nor being able to update thier own hours online it's safe? It would have been safer if I got my package a week ago. Or if I only had to go out once today. Or not at all like I should have. Why pay for shipping for an item I have to leave the house mutiple times to get?"

I have been in line 30 minutes and only 1 customer has been served. Line up of 6 people. Staff is confused and making errors. Canada Post must supervise and assess this post office. Accreditation should be reviewed

Hands down the worst Canada post in the area. There are only 3 competent staff working here and you are lucky if you get them.Other than that it can take 20-30 minutes even for something as simple as a parcel drop off, terribly frustrating

They didn't even try coming to the door! I've been home each time they leave a note in my mailbox saying they were unable to deliver. Like most other businesses if you were to act like this on your job you would be fired, yet some of these clowns continuously don't do their job and get well paid for it.

Just left there. Honestly, the attitudes of the staff are terrible! I have a commercial account so everything is charged to my credit card. If the item doesn’t weigh exactly what is on the slip, it’s all billed to me. Instead, I was lectured about the weight by the staff. IT DOESNT MATTER! It will be billed to my credit card if different than on the label! Just do your job and scan the slip to show it was received.

Awful logistics, I've been waiting 3 days for my package that was IN TOWN 3 days ago. I can't call them and go pick up my package, I hate this company and I really don't want to use them ever again. If you're sending anything you care about, use something else. Purolator doesn't drop the ball like CP does

I would have given zero star if there was an option. The lady was rude and was not willing to help.Being a naive I asked her a question with an apology and she didn’t answer my question and said yeah just do it.Very arrogant, i saw her treating well a customer before me so, may be she was being racist. Worst experience and won’t recommend this particular location to anyone.
