Seaview Cottages

My kids and I stayed at sea view cottages with my parents in eastport this past weekend (JULY 14-16, 2017)It was an extremely enjoyable experience and we all had a wonderful holiday.The cabin was very clean and well kept and the grounds were immaculate.The pool was so warm and comfortable to swim in for hours with the kids . We saw the most beautiful sunsets and just being by the water was so relaxing and calming.The owners were the sweetest and very friendly and accommodating to us. We done without nothing there and had fresh clean towels daily , also our garbage was taken before we got up so never had to worry about birds or odor from it.We played countless games of mini golf and enjoyed each one in the peace and quiet of the area...the large open field in front of all the cabins was so great for the many outdoor games we had brought like washers, beanbag toss and our soccer balls and remote control cars. The kids did not complain once they were bored lol ...we will be 100% returning there and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone that I can.

We really enjoyed our 3 days at Seaview Cottages. Location was great. My daughter loved the beaches and the playground. Our cabins were tidy and clean but missing several practical amenities, like paper towel and coffee filters. The tv was located on top of the fridge in the kitchen which would have made it difficult to watch, however, we were not able to get the tv to work.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS 100% SURE. Don't matter if cancel 2 or 6 months in advance your only getting half your money back. My sisters due date got changed so didnt want to chance not being there so i called 2 months in advance to cancel. Only got half my money back. Spoke to manager and asked if rented out by someone else will i get full refund as now have 2 deposits on same cabin, nope cause say so on website. So now making double on cabin. So i said, if plans change and im able to make it cabin is avaliable to me seeing as i have a deposit on it, nope again. Doesn't matter how long you cancel before the 30 days only getting half back. So im out $100 because of their absurd cancellation policy.. plain ridiculous and such a scam to take 2 or more deposits for same cabin!!

Very beautiful place to stay and great place to bring kids! Cabins are a little small for bigger family's but still awesome! The swimming pool they have is great as well!

Sad to say that the manager was so rude, we agreed to stay for two nights but he broke the deal the day after, and asked us to pay more. we chose to leave and found another cottage nearby. The place is clean and nice but poor management. Be careful if you don't want your vacation ruined

This beautiful place is somewhere you should go with your kids. It's beautiful. The indoor pool is great. There's a playground to play in and all kinds of room to run around. Eastport beach is just a couple minute drive up the road. My kids loved it in these cottages and so did we. They didn't want to leave. We will definitely go back another time.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the owner was super friendly and helpful . We all had a wonderful time, looking forward to our next trip there .

To be fair, we have drove all around the NL. Beautiful people, cottages and cabins to rent. I am sad to say, we stayed at seaview cottages and it damaged the picture we had from Eastport. Lovely, clean and cozy rooms but unprofessional management treated unfairly which unfortunately lowered the overall quality.

Great weekend at the Seaview Cottages and the owners are far from rude. The previous three reviewers all failed to mention that they were members of a party of eight who all tried to stay in a 1 bedroom cabin that could only accommodate a maximum of four. They spoiled their own vacation by being morons ... the owner did absolutely the right thing by asking them to leave when they refused to rent a second cabin. The new owners are polite and accommodating and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Seaview Cottages which I’ve been doing for years.

Thankful we had 2 cabins booked. One had all of the plates, one had all of the pots and pans. Pool is nice but it was indoor and hot in there. The best part was the absolute gorgeous view!!!
