I love the food here and the staff are always great. Just today I had an issue with ordering through UberEats, somehow a courier picked up my order but I never received it, after they cancelled it without a word, basically told me to re order again, so I did and that order was cancelled as well (not my choice) so I figured I should just call them at the restaurant, the whole situation was not their fault at all I was just hoping they knew what was going on, the manager came on the phone was so sweet, he told me to put the order in one more time and he is taking the ticket back to the kitchen to get it started right away. In no way did he need to go above and beyond considering it wasn’t their fault but he did anyway, and I wanna just say I appreciate it so much! And I apologize that the kitchen had to make the same order twice, I’m sorry this was such a long review but it was quite a situation. I can’t remember the managers name but thank you so much for going above and beyond <3

I visited the St. Louis Peterborough location yesterday, February 7th. The reason I went back in was because I noticed a new management sign. I stopped going due to bad experiences a few months back, as I walked in, there were only one other couple sitting at a table in the bar area I proceeded to the bar area where there was a Bartender on her cell phone she had her back to me and didnt notice me. I sat down for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, I’m looking around and noticing some things have never even changed. Place looks more rundown than a gravel pit that’s empty. I am very surprised that corporate head office or a franchise would operate under these conditions. nevertheless, I did not get acknowledged, or asked if I would like a drink, so I proceeded to leave. A couple sitting 2 tables down from me said to me somethings never change and smiled. I said apparently. I have never seen any other franchise operation of any type of restaurant. Look like this inside the TV in the middle of the bar with a broken a year ago when I was there sure to say I’ll never return.the restaurant is of disarray torn benches floors lifting i can only imagine what the kitchen looks like

Been here a few times. Servers are always friendly. We were quite disappointed to see the black bean burger was gone. That was the best vegetarian burger on Earth.But the impossible burgers were quite good! I ordered a Whatchamacallit Burger but with an impossible patty and no bacon. It was incredible. No jalapeno next time though, they seem to bunch together in the waffle holes.

Super disappointing experience and no attempt to resolve the issues. Took 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for someone to take our drink orders, it was somewhat busy so we let it go.Ordered 5 meals, 3 came, 2 didn’t. Servers walked by countless times with no regard for the missing meals. After about 20 minutes, we asked if we could take the wings to go and the server acted surprised that they hadn’t come out yet… it was because she hadn’t punched them in. She was apologetic but offered no compensation, I had to suggest that she have the meals comped.Clearly the manager doesn’t care for customer retention because she gave 50% off the missing meals… nothing like soggy, cold wings and fries after 1.5 hours sitting in a restaurant. I was a server for 10 years and would never have let customers leave with such a poor experience. Won’t be back.

I waited at the door to get seated at the table. I had to wave at the server to ask about getting a seat. I ordered 2lbs of wings with fries. The wings were small. And the fries were under the wings. I paid nearly $30 for this food. I would never go to this Peterborough location or any St Louis EVER again.

Awful service! Was here with a group of friends (7 of us) last weekend & the service was SO slow. We weren't acknowledged for over 45 minutes after getting our drinks/food. We intended to reorder drinks, but we were never given the chance. One of friends didn't even get offered his second pound of wings for the all you can eat offer. They push you to get it but then don't come back for more wings! I assume they are short staffed, but the resturant was not busy. We waited outside for 25 minutes before just going in to get our bill. Will not return.

I travel for work I always stop at St. Louis for dinner. The service is always great, however tonight kiawna & leanina in Peterborough were over the top amazing the service was professional and fast! Whoever is the manager should not let these two go!! I get the poutine every time and the kitchen did not disappoint!! See photos they should be on the website!!

Last Night we made A Reservation for 7 for our Oldest Sons Birthday . I'm sure the food would have been delicious and truthfully I don't blame the server. But on a Saturday Night having inly one on the floor , responsible for the patio , inside & the bar is asking alot! She was in the weeds and unfortunately as AMAZING as she was . At the 45 minute mark we hadn't even received all of our beverages let alone ordered and at this point the restaurant was only getting busier.My kids were getting super antsy & hungry so we decided to just grab the bill for the drinks and go elsewhere but even the bill took another 10 minutes. We did manage to make it to Montana's & were in and out in 45 minutes. Wish our experience at St Louis was different. I worked at the Original and The Bistro in Toronto for almost a decade and we sure miss those Hot n Honey Wings :)

Short-staffed, so it took a very long time to get our food. We were told there were complimentary fries for the toddler with us. Then we were told as they were serving us that they ran out of fries. The Caesar dressing on my salad lacked flavour. I was told the chicken wings and ribs weren’t too bad… average. The fries that the toddler ate from her mom’s plate were apparently good. We won’t be back.

Took my kids here to eat and the server was wearing next to nothing. Definitely not a family or kid appropriate place, I ordered the drinks and left afterwards, cancelled the food. Might want to dress your employees with a bit more clothing not to mention the drink that was made was WAY too sugary! Would not go back.
