WetFix Basement Waterproofing

September 16,I have added more detail on my review on September 11.I am here to thanks Steve again for his help after I have found leaking point today by taking his expert advice. The leak is not through foundation which is very sound in and out after removing insulation and patio stair, but one of basement windows (which Steve has spotted) after simulating heavy rain by strong spraying water onto the windows with an angle. I am here to recommend WetFix and Steve again, who are not looking for work, but find if there is a problem, then provide solution.September 11 afternoon I called Steve about my leaking basement, and then sent some pictures to him. Before sunset Steve phoned me that he would arrive at my house within ten minutes, I am so surprise with his such quick response.He went down my basement for inspection with me as soon as he arrived. He suspected the middle window after he checked the situation, we did not see water mark after open up the insulation. He checked exterior and interior foundation for any crack. He spotted one fine crack on the foundation under patio sliding door, the crack might cause seepage, he suggested me to dig out interlock and shoot picture for him to verify on next day. He also discovered two downspouts are broken and to be replaced. I am really happy to know Steve and really appreciated of his service. He is such nice and knowledgeable expert man, I am highly recommend him!

I had a hairline crack in my cold cellar and was worried about any moisture coming inside. I decided to call a professional to fix it, even though my husband wanted to attempt to do it himself. I did a search on the Internet and found a few companies. Some of the prices seemed ridiculously high and none of them, except for Wetfix was available to come over quickly. There were no advertising gimmicks with them. To get a quote, I sent photos of the area to be fixed. They gave me a reasonable quote and got to work right away. Steve and his crew were very knowledgeable and respectful of my property. They took the time to do things the proper way and kept testing with water afterwards to ensure I would not have any leaks. I'm so grateful they came over to fix this before the Spring rainfalls. I am really happy about the results and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix any foundation cracks or wet basement issues. Thanks, Steve and crew!

I couldn't have asked for a better technician! Steve was amazing! He has advanced equipment that allows him to look behind my walls without having to cut it open. Steve came the very next day and checked out the presence of water behind the wall with his clever phone app. Then he checked out the sump pump after removing all the junk on top of it. Turned out it was plugged into a non-working electrical circuit, and was full of water (from the spring thaw and rainfall).He didn't charge me for the fix, and if I need to do waterproofing anyway, I'll sure get Wetfix to do it.Good catch, Steve, and thanks!
