Well, I won't be going back there ever. Their decor had so much dust, and the dining room was filthy. I was charged for two sauces with my tenders, which made no sense to me because I didn't ask for extra or anything. On top of that, the lady said 15 minutes we said ok, and that turned into 30 minutes and food that was sitting under a heat lamp. I understand food takes time to cook, but when you see people who came in after you and ordered more food than you get theirs first, ummm, something is up. The food gave us, including the dog diarehea, which sucked. I would say pass and find somewhere else.

I have bought many times in this location, I don't know why today's chicken is so small...... I opened in the store, and when I look back to counter, the servers look at me toghether and talked, I don't know why... I won't come to this location anymore, bad experience.

Took over 30 mins to get my order. This is not fast food. After 20 mins of waiting, I asked the staff for an update and they said that they gave my order to someone else. For a period of 5 mins, there was a large lineup of customers with no staff taking or preparing orders at the front. As a cherry on top, they rushed my order and forgot a large box of fries and I had to turn around in my car and come back. In one of my chicken sandwiches, there was a big glob of extra batter that was mushy vs crispy. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.

This Popeyes location is actually right at the location of Dixie and Dundas Street East. Parking is in the back and is free shared with other local businesses.Upon entering staff is ready to take your order and is friendly, efficient and respectful. Due to his there is little to no line up once you order your food. To my suprise they are still allowing self serve beverage island however you are unable to sit down and eat.We ordered the famous spicy chicken sandwich the internet lost its mind about. It was delicious and this location is nicely sized and convieniantly located for all local residents. I would definitely visit this location again.

Had a wonderful experience from this shop. Visited the store on a Thursday and ordered that day's special 3 piece chicken along with fries, drink, and spicy chicken sandwiches and a dip. Each one of them tasted excellent. The employees were very polite and supportive. The shop is very attractive both from outside and inside. The dine in area is also good. Spent around thirty dollars for all the above mentioned items and it is worthy for two people.
