Awesome customer service! Fireplace glass replacement required. With a call to inquire about the replacement, a pleasant & helpful reception on the other end was received. Within half hour the glass was ready for pick up! Error on our part for measurement, had us return to see if this cut could be adjusted slightly to fit, which was completed. They definitely make their customers their priority, ensuring workmanship is beyond satisfaction, even when customer error!!We highly recommend this team.

Our Windows are over 20 years old and in three rooms the glass, a total of 5 pieces, needed to be replaced. Lake Simcoe glass was substantially cheaper and the job was completed with utmost professionalism. Highly recommend!

Had a really great experience with the staff at Lake Simcoe Glass and Mirror.I accidentally broke the glass in my woodstove door while trying to change the gasket today. I contacted them and brought the door in and they provided great service from start to finish.I am so happy to now have new glass and a fresh gasket in my stove door. I’ve gotten multiple pieces of plexiglass made from Lake Simcoe glass for custom reptile enclosures and they’re by far the best in the business around here. They always have the lowest price if you call around and they’re quality and customer service is top notch. They’ve helped me fix measuring errors with no questions asked. Always super fast, too. Will forever be my go to for glass/plexiglass needs.
