Did our condo like Emily said. Everything she said is true. Totally unprofessional and horrible quality of work. Do things multiple times and still looks like a 5 year old did it. Tons of excuses and not much actually happening. Way over budget and way over time. Making up things to fix to try and get more money. Oh and they will lie to you face about doing work when it's for sure they didn't. Wish they would go under so nobody else has to deal with these crooks.

APPLICANTS BEWARE!!!This company contacted me through email offering a job. Went through the process of application, resume, interviewed 3 times, got hired. Received a job offer and contract and sent it back signed.I resigned with my then job in anticipation that I'm starting in a couple of weeks. A week before I start, I got an email saying they will no longer hire me.APPLICANTS BEWARE!!!

Worst company ever. They leave a mess in your unit. Onsite supervisor is a joke and yells at old ladies. He did not ensure clean up of silica dust in the parkade exposing residents to a serious respiratory hazard. My window sill is all out of wack. The company and Andre the on site supervisor are a joke and do Mickey Mouse work.

I got email from them for initial screening interview. They set me an appointment for schedule date and time. I reply the hr admin to confirm the exact time of the interview, she response and said May 6, 2021 Thursday 12:30am php time zone. I response and said ok. I'll wait until the time she said after a long hours no one calls me and no feedback regarding my interview.

We had a very challenging situation with a customer who had a water damaged exterior wall. This required removing the existing compromised wood siding, repairing the dry rot wood , replacing the windows, soffiting and ledger.The customer was unhappy with the custom flashing that we installed with blue skin vapour barrier behind the siding and above the brick facade.I was of the mind that the entire wall of siding would have to come off in order to replace with thicker gauge flashing and make it more aesthetically pleasing for the client.I reached out to new city contracting for their professional opinion.Saverio Lopez replied to my email with a perfect solution; a J channel designed to cap the edge of the existing flashing.Compared to some situations this is a small issue, nonetheless it was a perfect solution provided by new city contracting. I am very grateful that I have met them and was able to use their professional experience. I look forward to their valued consultations and many more positive experiences.

Unprofessional and sub-par quality work. Disappointed with the renovations they did to my unit. They didn't do a proper job on anything, windows, door, blinds were all left a mess and not properly installed. Do not recommend

Absolutely terrible! They are doing my apartment complex and after they installed the doors and windows completely crooked to where the door didn’t open and close properly! They had to take them out and reinstall them, then had us sign a paper saying they were not responsible for the ruined paint around the windows, broken blinds or any issues we have with the windows in the future! Can feel air coming in thru 3/4 of the new windows. Save yourself the headache.

This company won the bid to handle repairs at my condo building. They went over budget, went through their contingency budget, went through TWO extra payments, and are now billing us a fourth time. This fourth time is for work that was not approved, and not within their scope/contract.The work is sub-par and not up to code. Multiple units have had to demand repairs on work that was just complete. Windows were installed incorrectly, balconies were finished with unacceptable seams, vents were sealed off, broken doors were installed... I could go on and on.And let's not overlook at least two occasions where they didn't seal off their work, and rainwater got behind the envelope and leaked into the building (confirmed it wasn't another unit with a leak).They also would request entry to a unit, and just... not show up. Repeatedly. They had their timeline extended because they didn't complete on time.Don't hire this company. And if you do, retain a lawyer for all services rendered. This is an absolute joke.
