They came to give me an estimate Jose and another gentleman on April 15th. They said they would get the proposal together in a couple days and email it to me. That is due to the fact that I'm hard of hearing and I have a son who wants to make a comparison of quotations. Flying squirrel came highly recommended but by the 25th of April when I heard nothing I texted. 2 Days later someone texted and said that I would have the proposal that night. It never happened. I've never received anything and I don't quite understand. If they cannot answer to give you a quotation would they actually do the work? I've called a couple times and they've never gotten back to me and now it is the 11th of June. Quite perplexing

Flying squirrel did an amazing job at our house. We had an extremely large tree that was in a tricky area (2 houses close by), and they handled it flawlessly. They were also much less expensive than the 3 other businesses we received quotes from. We would definitely work with them again and would recommend to all friends and family.

I called to schedule a quote last Tuesday. We scheduled for 3:30 Monday afternoon with Jose. Monday came - I got home from work right at 3:30. I proceeded to wait until 4:15 to call. I left a voicemail stating I had an appointment with Jose at 3:30, and was waiting to hear from him. He never came and never called. It is now Wednesday - no one returned my voicemail or reached out to me - and I have sought a different business.I went through my Ring doorbell camera and did have someone ring my doorbell at 2:45 on Monday. However, I work in the schools and my phone was silent. I never received the notification. I received no phone call or voicemail- if that was Jose from Flying Squirrel.I find it highly unprofessional to make an appointment with me, possibly no show or come at the wrong time, not contact me in any way, and never return my voicemail. I would not trust that they can complete the job with fidelity based off my experience.

We have been relying on Flying Squirrel to remove dead trees from our yard, as well as from the yards of family members. They have also done landscaping work for us. They are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable.

Just moved into my new home Jose came out and quoted removing 2 very large trees that were very close to the house on the side and back. Later they ended up removing an additional tree in the front. He was competitive with the other removal services, but I really wanted someone who I could continue to use with the landscaping I will need to do in the Spring. His guys are very good at what they do watching them cut down the trees they were very careful to keep the cut branches away from the house. And very fast. I would defiantly recommend them for tree removal.
