Thank you Brian, who is the owner of Strong's Plumbing. Brian's company took over after an installation from an incompetent plumbing company that installed two tankless water heaters which never worked properly. Brian had his worker come to my house to figure out what was wrong but needed to do some research to fix the problem. . Brian spent a lot of time communicating with the heater manufacturer (Navien) to get to the problem. His attention to a job that he didn't even install is commendable and that is why I'm writing this referral . Brian is a very hands on owner and easy to communicate with. The units are working properly and when I have any kind of plumbing needed his company is the one I'm going to use.Ronald Schacht

We had no running water. It turns out that there was a TON of rust preventing us from having running water in the house. These guys are the best!!! They were very nice and went above and beyond, our water pressure is nothing I have seen before. I am so grateful they came out right away and cleaned out all of that rust!!! Having no running water is awful and they are my all time heroes. Thank you soo much, you have no idea how much this means to me. =)

Excellent service. Very fast. The guys were very good at explaining the pump and how to check it in the future. They also were kind and didn't make me feel like a total idiot.

Mark is incredibly kind and good at what he does! I accidentally flushed my engagement ring down my toilet (long story) Needless to say I was a mess. He came in, assessed the situation and brought in a camera just for these kinds of situations. Long story short, HE FOUND IT! He was calm, cool, and confident and I will be forever grateful for his services!! Would highly recommend him.

I could not be happier with the service I received! Brett was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to fix a broken pipe that left our basement a mess. I called at 8:30 AM and by 10:30 AM my problem was solved. Very responsive and genuinely cared about our repair. Without a doubt I will be calling Strong's Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs!

I needed someone to come over to check if my pipe is leaking, I have 20 feet of piping that above ground and fairly easy to access to. They came over, did the visual/ hand feeling on pipe inspection for 20 minute. They stood and talk for another 10... I asked before the plumber leave that how much would this cost me... answer 30 minute for 65$. Sure... come the bill for 110... I called and explain the situation.... they count the time to get over your place as hour rate..... that mean Im charge for 40 minutes drive time.... NOT paying, save your self the trouble... try the other reliable place that have decent rating.
