Norb Beiter is an outstanding home inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction. He explains everything as you go through the home and provides a very comprehensive report when he meets with you. It is obvious that Norb takes great pride in his work. He is very thorough and wants to make sure that you know everything you should about your new home and maintaining it. His customer service is exceptional and he charges a very fair price. Norb has done 5 home inspections for our family and we would not go anywhere else. We highly recommend Beiter Home Inspections.

I found Norman to be very prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. He took the time to go over things with me before and after the inspection. He asked if I had any concerns before the inspection began. He explained what his services entail and how he goes about conducting the inspection. Any questions I had were answered before work began. I knew there were issues with work done at my home, and he identified all of them and more. A very complete report was provided outlining issues and recommendations for addressing the issues. Price for services was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Beiter Home Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection. I'm very happy with the inspection services provided.

Choosing Bieter Home Inspection was the best decision we could have made. We have worked with two other home inspectors in the past, none of which we were pleased with. It seemed that they got their certification on a whim and worked solely off of a checklist, with no knowledge of the mechanics and construction of a home. This was NOT the case with Norb. He went on the roof and in the attic, was knowledgeable about the mechanics and construction of the home and explained everything thoroughly. Don’t be fooled by other companies that boast “techy” items to get the job done, choose Norb and his knowledge and expertise will not let you down!

Norb was a pleasure to work with and provided a great service. His inspection and report were both extremely thorough and definitely gave me the piece of mind I didn’t quite have prior. Norb not only walked me through the house explaining his notes, but met me in person afterwards to give me a copy and discuss his final report. He is a wealth of information, very professional, and pays great attention to detail. All of these factors and the very modest price made this such a great value, especially for a first time home buyer like myself.

I can't stress enough how great of a job Norbert does with his service . This is my 2nd experience buying a house in a 4 year span. Surprisingly he was cheaper than my first home Inspector who I would never reccomend. I wouldn't expect that with inflation in 4 years and is VERY thorough . He is very professional.I found out about him through my sister once I seen and herd of him I decided to give him a chance and I'm glad I did. No one take pride in what they do like he does anymore.
