This organization has government contracts to provide senior care here in Brampton, Ontario. They sent an employee to provide care for my 82 year old father and the employee was screaming at my father. I put in the complaint with the company. The COO" hung up the phone on me and the CEO abruptly decided to cancel services to my parents. The option they gave us to continue with the same worker. When we declined
