Went there twice this week FOR NOTHING!!!!!! The woman up front Icy was giving me discriminatory vibes. It was like pulling nails out of this woman. She was short with her answers and I had to be the one to ask everything because she wasn't helpful AT ALL! I told myself today ugh

I was tried Gatineau, Brantford, Toronto offices and no one could answer a simple question. I waited for ten minutes to talk to someone in Gatineau and they redirected me and then the line hung up. Thunderbay answered right away and they were friendly and very helpful. I'll call there first from now on.
