Bought their product through Costco. I would highly advise to be cautious when buying the vinyl flooring. Bought two different style of flooring, both vinyl plank. One was great; however, the other flooring was horrible! Had professional install, and 50% of the joints are lifting, multiple scratches on the flooring within the first month, 2 major chips. Contacted this company and assumed they would honor their 35 year warranty. Nothing. EXTEREMLY disappointment with their customer service and product. Would not recommend to anyone because if you come across a problem they are unwilling to help!

I think the owner of melmart mississauga having a lot of extra money becz their guys took 2 hr and 20 mins to do 15 mints work..very worst service.No body listen you at this place.
