I visited this store with a dead watch battery. I was in and out, with my watch battery replaced, in about 3 minutes. The gentleman there was funny and professional. 10/10.

Andrew was very professional and personable from the beginning to finish. I brought in a vintage diver watch that stopped running and he took a quick look and immediately identified the issue and was able to give me a rough estimate on the spot before preceding. He was also willing to help me with writing a quote so I could get a partial refund from the eBay seller I bought the watch from. The actual cost of repair was lower than what was quoted, which was nice as well.There were some delays in getting the parts due to FedEx being incompetent, but as soon as Andrew got the parts he worked overnight on the watch to get it up and running for me to pick up the next morning!Fair pricing and above and beyond service, and an all around honest and stand up guy to work with.I would highly recommend taking your watch here for repair!

I rarely write reviews. This is an exception. Besides being a very knowledgable and pleasant fellow, he provided extremely fast service at a more than reasonable price. If only all customer service was this good in Toronto. I very highly recommend this little shop.

Too bad there aren't six stars. I first took in an Esquire watch that had been in one too many humid climates - more later on that. Suffice it to say that it showed me Andrew's knowledge, passion for watches, responsiveness, and fairness. What blew me away was I had taken an old watch with me on the very off chance it might be repairable. He knew immediately it was quite unusual. He first told me (and showed me online) that the make was very high quality and shared possible prices at sale. He did get some original parts, fixed it, and polished it up - it's amazing. He also explained that two dates in the back where dates it had been serviced: 1976 and 1945. He also got his neighbour shoerepairman to help fix the strap. As for the Esquire, I had replaced batteries, and once it worked for a few months then stopped again. Andrew gave me options, including one that I took: to take a look and see if he could repair it and, if not, send for parts from Switzerland, with what I paid for the first solution to go against the cost of going to Switzerland. I had the watch back in less than a week at the lower price. Andrew, patron saint of watch lovers.
