The worse experience ever! No one knows what they are doing and this lady just kept repeating I don’t know with an attitude. Never again will I be using hsbc in Canada. Canada’s banking is more pathetic than the healthcare.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Sr. Premier Relationship Manager - Amal Youakim. She always provides the best customer service and advice. She even helped us finalize our mortgage application in a smooth and timely fashion. We are now working with her to move in all our RRSP and TFSA to our account with HSBC. Truly the best! Also, thanks to all the friendly staff. Great service.

No surprise that there are multiple complaints about their customer service. I also see I was not the only one who had to deal with Judy-Ann Brown. Her and the manager whom I forgot the name did not treat me and my wife well at all. I will not be banking with hsbc at all, I’m glad I did not open the account. Now I’m with CIBC and the process was much smoother.

Be aware of this branch. I just moved close to square one Mississauga and I almost made a big mistake trying to change my home branch. The tellers are nice but the actual bankers and management are extremely rude. Specifically Judy-Ann Brown; she made us go back and forth from our old place to the bank just to recover documents that we later found out we did not need. She also ended up not helping us out whatsoever. Worst bank experience by far, you’ve been warned.

This is a perfect place for your daily banking activities, particularly for new Asian immigrants. I strongly appreciate the help I got from Jocelyn Song, HSBC premium relationship manager. She is so nice and advisable when you have questions about your financial and investment targets.

These guys have no idea what good customer service is supposed to look like. I will be moving all my money out of HSBC entirely due to their incompetence and lack of basic customer service skills. Don't be drawn in by low rates because you'll lose your time and patience with trying to get even the simplest of services.

I'm really disappointed from this place. I wait over 45 minutes for somebody to approach me. They not even invite me inside in the office to discuss the business they talk to me on the door that's a such a shame ,poor customer service.Sorry very poor customer service. I saw very big lineup inside.
