This was my 2nd time using their rental. I was very disappointed in the way that I was treated by their employee Jessica.My first time experience was amazing with Joel.It was all good until Jessica phoned me to tell me that my payment was not going through. She talking to me in a very dehumanizing manner. Very condescending. She made me feel as though it was my fault that the payment was not going through even though i had put a 500$ approved deposit upon rental. Told I needed to come by immediately to pay the bill as if i had just ripped them off $85 when in fact they had my $500 deposit. I contacted Mastercard and they informed me that everything was okay with my credit card.I phoned Jessica and relayed the message from mastercard and to try a different terminal. She said she will do that all snitty and rude.Apparently my payment went through and the glitch was on her end. I was made to feel guilty for a mistake that was their fault.

Overall I was happy with the service with these guys! My only complaint is that I was warned they don't do partial day rentals and if it wasn't returned right on time I would be charged for a full day. At the same time I was told they weren't busy whatsoever that week. Conversely with my rental in Hawaii, which ended the day before this one started, I was able to keep the vehicle for an extra 6 hours and paid hourly, which ended up being less than a full day rate. While I understand having strict guidelines when super busy, I would recommend they show more leniency when not overly busy to gain goodwill with their clientele!

I liked it because the price was right and I flew into the Abbotsford airport. Everything worked out good, no problems.

Easy to book, competitive price and absolutely stellar customer service. I rent a lot of vehicles and these guys check all the boxes. They were clear and transparent throughout and never pressured me to purchase extras. Car was in great condition and ran perfectly. I'll definitely be back so long as I'm in the area.

Affordable and fantastic car rental company. We booked a car for an 8 day trip. It was easy to book, very close to Abbotsford Airport and great customer service. The car was perfect for our adventure and they even dropped us off at the airport afterwards! Joel is great!! Highly recommended!

Open for service when everyone else was closed, Very good Service, problem timely solving, and great attitude. the guy (Ishneet) also provided personal out of scope favor as to pick up the renter to take the vehicle. This is my 4th rental from this Company & im very much impressed with service by Ishneet & moreover their cars are new & super clean.

We, 21 people, were visiting British Columbia. So we rented two 12 seater from them. First of all, Price was really competitive.Secondly, Pick up was smooth by the guy (forget his name) who was alone at the office.Both cars were in good condition and it was a flawless drive.Finally, The drop off experience was outstanding.Joel were so quick and professional while we dropped off the car. The owner, Brad, dropped us in the airport in due time and we had some nice chat.The excellent customer service from owner Brad and Joel at check out made our day. It was an ice on the cake for our 7 days BC trip.If you want a hassle free car rent experience in BC, especially in Abbotsford, I highly recommend this place. You will love the experience.
