I have been using reading glasses for years and they are all garbage. I have a prescription for transitionals (screen and book) and Diane said there were many options. She explained several to me and made a recomendion and explained the return or guarantee process (pretty much risk free). So we spent a good 20 minutes going through her wonderful selection of frames until I found the one that was just right. Service was excellent, location was easy to find (street parking), and my final product is terrific. I am very pleased with the service and product and recommend it to anyone in the Hamilton area.

This is my new favourite place for glasses! Competitive prices and expedience, combined with knowledgeable, personalised, friendly customer service, is a hard combination to beat! If you're not using this service, you're likely wasting both your time and money. Make your look at Made You Look!

Superlative service in a very friendly and comfortable setting. Nothing cold or clinical about it. The optician went above and beyond to make sure I got the frames that complemented me. And the optometrist was very professional and efficient. Its really great to have this place near at hand on Concession.

I LOVE the selection at Made You Look Optical! I usually struggle to find a unique pair of glasses, but every time I go in, I find (and have ended up purchasing) more than one pair that I love! Diane is very knowledgeable and friendly and she's very good at recommending frames and lenses to suit one's personality and needs. On my most recent visit she suggested a frame that I wouldn't have picked up on my own, and now they're my new computer glasses! I highly recommend Made You Look for your optical needs!

Had the BEST experience here!! They have the best assortment of cool, stylish, brand-name frames for young people (and the young at heart, lol!). Great prices, too! Most importantly, Diane made my family and I so comfortable!! She's incredibly friendly and professional, we felt like we made a new friend! Highly, highly, highly recommended!
