This store is not welcoming to plus size or even mid sized people. I was looking for DD bras, but had to sift through limited colours in a bin that was an inch from the floor, below an entire wall of the same product in smaller sizes.Looked at other clothes as well and it was the same thing: XL was put on a shelf an inch from the floor.Sizing is running super small these days.Painfully tried on a bunch of bras that didn’t fit and not one employee thought to mention that they sell bra extenders or even offered to help.The employees don’t seem equipped to help plus-sized customers.My recommendation would be to go to The Bay if you want more inclusive and sensitive customer service/more size options.

I love, love, love the service I get here! I was in a rush and decided to ask someone to exchange my item (find me the right item, in a bigger size) so I wouldn't have to look for it. One of the girls there provided me with very friendly and helpful service the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. She gave me her undivided attention and let me know other alternatives if my size wasn't available! Amazing.

You might think this review to be completely absurd but I've been thinking about it all day and I just couldn't help myself! The customer service skills from the girls there were more than outstanding, you could absolutely tell that they were truly lovely people who enjoy helping and engaging... I got a bra fitting done by a girl named Sarah who helped several customers simultaneously with ease. I went into the mall dreading the hunt for a new bra and left happily with 4!! Thrilled!

This is a ONE STAR review but my previous review has been hidden by google I guess. Essentially, a floor employee insulted my size and tried to make me purchase a L/XL while the M was already kind of loose/big... This really shouldn't be happening in 2021 (for reference, I wear a S/M depending on the style of bra because the band is a bit big in the M but there isn't always a lot of coverage in S). I purchased the M although it is a bit too roomy

The overall appearance of the store was messy. One of employees was nice, the rest were rude. Size selection of merchandise was sparse.

I've had a similar experience to Dori. Associates have time to check in with and chat with every other customer, yet I'm never acknowledged. While being rung up at the till the cashier never made eye contact and would rather talk to other staff about her mascara purchases from Sephora during the entire transaction. This has happened on a prior visit as well which has lead me to avoid this store for well over a year. This experience has only reaffirmed that it was not just a particular staff member but seems to be the culture in this store. I've had good experiences at other aerie stores. It seems that this store doesnt care very much about customer experience. Im not asking to be pampered or waited on hand and foot but it would be nice to be acknowledged rather than ignored while in your store. Disappointing.

I was there with my daughter yesterday and Chloe (tall blonde?) Helped us. She set us up with everything we needed and we left very happy! Thanks for the amazing customer experience. We also LOVE the real-life models/images and the notes in the change rooms....We can't wait to go back!

I came in today to do an online order return because the bras werent the right size. Kim helped me at the desk and she was so helpful! I'm so glad I went to her because even though I had never ordered online from Aerie at the store, she walked me through everything easily. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Kim!

I love this store! The people who work here are phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I had 4 girls ask to help me before I made to the back of the store and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help. I'll definitely be back to shop!
