Had a bow set up there. Dude was switched on, set me up quickly. Gave me tips and tricks to get myself sorted out. Didn't feel like I was being rushed or anything like that despite the shop being busy. Prices were great. Would recommend.

Brian and his team go above and beyond to make sure you get what you’re after. Very knowledgeable. No hassle, No nonsense. Great to have an Archery Range like this in our community and Paint ball to boot.

I purchased a bow from the owner about a year ago. I found him very knowledgeable and helpful. He let me shoot about half an hour ,and made adjustments to the bow ,and gave me shooting tips. I did have a problem the next day ,with the string coming off the pull, but he fixed it for me the next day, and hasn't happened since. It could have also been my fault because I was new to the sport.

We have used the archery center for years. We have used it as a family and in larger groups for beginners. The building and atmosphere is perfect for a great time with others doing an activity where you can 'unplug'. It's a small business, and it's clean and inviting inside. The man who runs it has to wear quite a few hats, but I think he does a great job, and has always been courteous to us. This place has a great reputation in Fredericton, and has been a local staple for years. Everyone I've ever spoken to about it (who has actually used it on a regular basis) has the same opinion. You need to call in advance to set an appointment for your small group (we've had groups 4-12 people). When you get there, it's all set up, and he explains the safety protocols before you start. If you've never shot before, he gives a quick overview, and then you shoot for about an hour (I think you could go longer if you like, but we usually just book the hour). He has some suggested fun activities at the end, and the whole thing is a blast! He has a small showroom out front, which is fun to browse (things like different kinds of bows, arrows, accessories). He is very knowledgeable about all things archery, and the range equipment is top notch. Go, try something new, have fun, you'll love it!

Celebrated our son’s birthday with a party at the Archery Centre. Staff were kind and helpful with the kids, who all had a great time. Food, drinks, and archery - they thought of everything. The party was organized and fun for everyone. Highly recommend!

This is my first negative review ever so I appologise for the length but I believe something has to be said about the archery side of the business. Keep in mind this is only my experience, others vary. Please do your research and make sure you get what you pay for.Despite all reviews about the store being 5 stars (weird), everyone I speak to directly about the store has nothing good to say. I was told to drive to Moncton instead of shopping here by quite a few local archery instructors after my initial experience.the main owner is incredibly dismissive of shoppers and archery shooters. If there is any paintball customer or player in the shop it becomes impossible to get service or assistance (to be clear the other staff are lovely). As archery is a precision sport, I assumed that the shop would provide some insightful advise and proper sizing of equipment for the customer. From my experience everything was sized, or measured roughly or by eye. When I was sized for my bow I asked several questions To better understand the mechanics and was told “it’s good enough” or “ya I wouldn’t worry about it”. Trying to get some technical information or guidance from the owner was like pulling teeth. Every interaction felt like I was inconviencing him, and he was simply looking to make a sale. I truly believe he is capitalizing on the lack of competition in the area and misleading people. This Fall I attended an archery hunting course at his shop. He was extremely rude to the instructional staff, using an intercom to drown out their presentations so he could run a paintball game. He openly criticized the instructional techniques presented and ignored all the students who tried to shop in his store. In terms of service I bought a midline ready to hunt package for market price, assured that the shop owner was hardly making a profit “basically giving it away”. Turns out after speaking with the bow manufacturer I actually purchased a new bow with all of the components being replaced with older components by the shop! Making issues worse, when talking to fellow archery enthusiasts I was advised that most of the addons I received with the package were super cheap, either ineffective or not compatible with the bow.Lastly, I purchased a set of arrows from the store, paying in advance for the product and all parts. 6 months later I still have yet to receive part of my order, and have been told to wait for them to contact me on several occasions. The arrows were built initially without vinyl wraps for the fletches and fell apart immediately. I returned them for refletching only to have mismatched wraps installed, varying the weight of each arrow.

I've been a range member for a few years and I shoot my traditional bows there regularly. The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The range is great for getting some practice in and can accommodate 10-20m indoors and longer distances outside.Mostly crossbows, compounds, and recurves in stock, but able to order in just about anything you're looking for.Can get busy sometimes, but that's just a testament to the places popularity.

I got some solid guidance when picking up a bow. I'm happy with what I ended up with, a 30 pound recurve bow. I'm always given a reasonable amount of time to try out the gear before settling on it, whether that was my bow itself or new arrows. This is also the place I originally learned to shoot years ago, with one of their afterschool programs.Definitely reccomend.
