Ya so...we never received our pool as many others did not as well. Been waiting almost 6 months and still no pool.$1500 + tax and we are also told they wont give us our money back. One excuse after the other..this is a scam! People..stop buying stuff from these guys!..how many of you are waiting for a phantom pool?. I am taking this to the authorities. Enough is enough

ATTENTION!Scammers!!Ordered a pool that I never received , was given many excuses that made me wait from may 1st to august 22nd when I decided to read the reviews on them (wish I would’ve done that before purchasing) but thankfully disputed the cost through my visa and will be refunded by my visa…Do not buy from them!!!My kids summer was ruined!!!!!!my precious summer, and kids precious birthday parties that we planned on doing at the pool!!This company needs to be shut down,

Took money from us for pool materials, has not sent product and will not get back to our messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They take your money and never return your calls.************************To answer your question it was a spider gasket we paid for, to which we also requested expedited and paid for that too! You were quick with correspondence until you got the money and ever since have been silent. We have reached out multiple times and you have yet to respond.

Brought our once fluorescent green pool back to sparkling blue. They helped us understabd not only how they corrected the issue but how to maintain the pool going forward. Efficient. Affordable. Excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Scammers! Don’t buy! Purchased a pool in May 2021 and have not received a refund or a pool. So many excuses and promises only to have them ghost you.

5 out of 5 service !!! I had a leak in my pool and I called Twinkle and Sparkle and spoke with Jody who was so friendly and knowledgeable and they came out the same day to look my leak over and said they could fix it for a small fee and came out the next day. I needed something on July 1st and I called them and they told me to come to their place and they provided what I needed even on a holiday. Totally helped me when I was in a pinch. Great customer service !!

I will only be using Twinkle and Sparkle for my pool needs going forward. They were able to quickly get our pool back up and running and educate us on how to maintain it by giving us tips and tricks. Beyond that, they provided the BEST customer service. They went above and beyond!! THANK YOU!
