Highly recommend this clinic for massage therapy in Fredericton. Devanshi is an excellent RMT, very thorough, and ensured I was comfortable at all times. All staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Will be going back soon and looking into chiropractic care as well.

I answered a post for an appointment availability at the Wellness Zone as I was trying to treat some back pain. I am so glad I took the availability. Keeley took a holistic approach and not only treated my back but other small things that I have been ignoring as “normal”. She is so knowledgeable and clearly loves her job. Would recommended The Wellness Zone for all of your ailments.

I met with Dr. Theo with extreme lower back pain that radiated down my legs due to angering my sciatic nerve Powerlifting. Unlike past chiropractors I've been to where they do one test and then jump into applying heat then an adjustment and send you on your way; he took his time in performing a multitude of tests and drills to fully pinpoint my pain and getting the reason behind it with an extremely thorough history taking. I was sent home with exercises that not only eased my pain it's prevented it from returning and I'm back to Powerlifting even heavier than before only a month later :) I highly recommend him. He's 100% worth it and more. Also, he's fun and super nice.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Vanessa Blaquiere now for a couple of months. Everyone at the Wellness Zone is very welcoming and friendly, I feel great after every appointment and I always look forward to returning. Dr. Blaquiere has been a huge help for me and my recovery. After a very short time I noticed quick improvements in my recovery and have been feeling better ever since. Dr. Blaquiere is very invested into making sure that the recovery process is as smooth as possible and it shows how knowledgeable she is in her work. I would highly recommend The Wellness Zone to anyone interested!

Never having been to a Chiropractor before, I was made to feel both welcomed and relaxed upon walking through their door.With the work Theo did for my chronic low back pain and the follow-up at home exercises and stretches given to me, I have noted a surprising reduction in my back pain and also improved flexibility.I have to ask myself, Why didn't I do this earlier?".To describe The Wellness Zone in a few words

Doctor Theo and Vanessa are super to WORK with. They are so patient and friendly. During my treatment I felt so at home, and my kids are super excited to interact with them. The treatment was superb and their massage therapist is the best. After my 4 months treatment with them, I feel so healthy!!!! If you are looking for WELLNESS, please come to this ZONE. Thanks WELLNESS ZONE!!!!!

Dr. Theo is great! I've been going for 3 sessions now and have made leaps and bound in my recovery. Staff are friendly and make you feel appreciated. Treatment is explained clearly, with context as to why certain movements are being performed, or assigned for homework. Will definitely keep going until fully recovered and returning for any future injuries.

If you have any aches or pains of any kind, I highly recommend Vanessa! Not only did she help me with my chronic back pain, she also took the time to help with smaller aches and pains I had only mentioned briefly. Everything is incredibly thorough, and you can tell she really cares! Vanessa and Theo are very welcoming too, which makes you feel super comfortable in their care, and they are more than happy to answer all of your questions. Overall, I would give The Wellness Zone 10 stars if I could!

Thank you for taking care of all of us! Ranging from 12 years old to 87 years old, Theo & Vanessa take care of my entire family!The consistent care for all of us allows us all to spend time doing the activities we love.They have treated us for various aches, vertigo, and to many bumps and bruises to count! Thank you for keeping us moving and living our best lives!
