“She said she seasoned them, ma’am”These are whiter than my skin. I was tryna get high blood pressure but night staff decided to chop and screw and do the worst remix A&W onion rings had ever seen. What the hell is this I coulda gone to fresh co and eaten a raw onion fresh off the counter. Get fixed!

Can't beat a Teen burger, onion rings with their famous Rootbeer!Been a fan since I was a kid when you went to drive up restaurant and staff waiting on you on roller skates and trays of food were brought and hung on car door with the big frosted mugs of rootbeer...

Usually love this location. Fast and fresh…. But today was an experience like no other. The signs weren’t facing the drive thru speaker they were facing the other direction so I could even read what was available. I then ask for a ice coffee since it’s 7:30 in the morning surely they have coffee. Nope they are cleaning the machine?! Makes no sense to me. Shouldn’t that be cleaned before the coffee rush in the am? She then told me I could get a apple juice. No I came for a coffee. But thanks. I had to leave and not complete my order. When I’m told they don’t have something and I can’t even see other options because the sign isn’t facing towards me… get better practices on when you wash your machine.

Ordered 2 mama burgers. Got seriously sick a few hours after eating them. Serious sanitary concerns with this place the first thing you feel when you walk in. Wouldn't come here again.

Pravam ( I’m so sorry, I always forget how to spell his name)He is the young man who works at the window in the drive thru on Victoria st… I will get the spelling right when I see him again. He is there everyday and he is the kindest, most professional guy at a restaurant I’ve ever met. This guy was raised with excellent manners! It’s not often you ever get a please and thank you from servers but not here. ALWAYS! He is always so sweet and the on top of that, I’ve never had a bad meal. The food is always hot and the pop cold. He always makes sure your order is perfect. The whole experience is excellent here.Thank you!

This location of the A&W chain is on the average side in terms of service and quality. The staff members and crew are okay, yet they don't seem to pay attention to the details requested by customers and questions and answers could be repeated at least once to confirm orders. The location on Victoria Street is great and easily accessible to customers from Kitchener. Quality of food is okay, but other A&W locations could have better quality. It can get busy between 12-2 pm, and the parking lot is not bad.

I never have a good experience with this A&W location. The staff here are cold as ice. There is literally no customer service, not even a simple hello, thank you, have a good day... nothing. They give you your food and shut the drive thru window on your face as quickly as they can... this is with no cars behind you. What happened to good customer service. Or even showing some kindness or respect to a human being. Here your food, now get lost. That is literally how I feel coming to this location. The food is often made incorrectly. The fries are cold, cooked in old oil and barely have any salt. Onion rings barely have any coating and are falling apart. You spend over $15 for a single combo and they make you pay for dipping sauce when it should be free. Zero food quality and zero customer service. This location is run poorly and the staff working here are rude and don't care at all. Better off going somewhere else.

We ordered delivery through Uber. Our order was completely wrong and we then called the restaurant for them to tell us their hands are tied and refuse to fix the order because “it’s not their fault that the Uber menu isn’t correct” that’s some really bad customer service in my opinion. Fix the Uber menu for customers or be understanding and help out your customers!! This place is no help at all

I had went for a dinner here with my friends, it was a perfect place to sit and eat with friends especially the service, as they served me with fresh food. I recommend trying Chicken Strips with Chipotle dip. The staff is so friendly, the Manager and Assistant Manager engages with Customers and makes the experience delightful.
