Great school just enrolled my third child. Teacher Bibelta is amazing she is so warm and welcoming. My daughter loves her and is excited for class always. Thank you for being excellent. I would highly recommend Ontario conservatory of music.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with Ontario Conservatory of Music. My recent experience with them was absolutely dreadful, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal with others to prevent them from making the same mistake.From the moment I stepped foot into Ontario Conservatory of Music, I encountered an atmosphere of incompetence and unprofessionalism. The staff seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers and were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. It was as if I was invisible and my presence was a burden to them.Furthermore, the service I received was abysmal. The employees were sluggish, unhelpful, and lacked any basic knowledge about their own products. I asked a simple question about a specific item, and they stared blankly at me before providing a completely incorrect answer. It was evident that they had no training or expertise in their field.To make matters worse, the store itself was unkempt and disorganized. Shelves were poorly stocked, and it was a struggle to find anything I needed. The overall condition of the store reflected a lack of care and attention to detail from the management.Lastly, the prices at the Ontario Conservatory of Music were outrageously high for the quality and level of service provided. I could have easily found the same products elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. It was a complete rip-off and left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering Ontario Conservatory of Music to steer clear. The appalling customer service, lack of knowledge, and exorbitant prices make this place an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation by looking for a reputable alternative. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I recently had an unfortunate engagement with Ontario Conservatory of Music, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The sheer unprofessionalism displayed by their staff was truly astonishing, leaving me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated. I cant express how I feel interacting with the company because of their poor communication and overall environment. Due to these events I experience, don’t come here. Their prices are too high and just overall unprofessional!

My Son has been in lessons with Bibelta at this location for a while now and she is consistently wonderful. He enjoys working with her and has learned so much. I would absolutely recommend her and this location for piano lessons.

The Ontario Conservatory of Music (4 automatic road) is a fantastic place to learn music. They have highly qualified teachers; Bibelta, who has been extreme help for my daughter, she provides a safe and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and learning with Bibelta.

My child has been attending this piano studio for 7 years and her current teacher Bibelta is extremely patient and kind. Every time my child comes home from lessons, she is improving. I am very glad to a have a teacher who is working towards my child's goals. Highly recommend this studio to any parents interested in enrolling their child into music lessons.

Okay, so I signed up for lessons just before the covid had hit ontario. I paid the $200 entrance fee, did not PAY for any lessons and I wasn't informed of any lessons. this was all back in the end of February, was when I first paid ONLY the $200. During the quarantine, they didn't do any online classes or anything and didn't inform us of anything going on, so I decided to unenroll. I asked for a full refund of the entrance fee as it hasn't been used, since I didn't take any lessons. They refused to refund me and it is just so frustrating, because it wasn't used but put on hold.All they did was their head sent me a letter in the mail saying that i won't get my refund back and that I was told about lessons, when no one had even informed me about them.they take weeks to respond to emails, they never answer any of their phone calls, and their website isn't always up to date.I have sent emails, called and I have got nothing back. I feel really frustrated and annoyed from this whole situations because this has been going on for so long.
