I was working inside city limits, broke a line on my 26G, phoned into Nortrax service department, told them which line was broken. Service guy showed up, no line, had to return to shop to make. So 4 hrs later I get the 5’ line fixed and a $1,100 bill, is it just me or is that totally out to lunch. After a couple calls got it down to just under $1000. In my opinion they are selling these small machines but not set up to service the small business. It’s just not good service. Nortrax will not see this machine again

Looked on google to see if they were open on Saturdays, says they are open 8-12pm drove 20 min from conception bay south and showed up to a closed store (on the door it is also written 8-12pm on Saturday’s) called the parts guy (says 24h service) he told me he would charge me $75 if he came down to the store to sell me my parts. Very dissapointed in the customer service. This was your mistake you should take responsibility for it, not make me pay or drive 40 min for nothing. Who is going to pay for my 40 min of driving in my pickup truck for nothing?
