Communication is unclear 2. multiple people working on the same case, you would receive contradicting messages from them. 3. Not responsive at all, need to chase them multiple times and get the numbers correct. 4. Read your Terms and conditions carefully, clarify clarify and clarify and ask them to put it onto the paper. Super bad attitude!! was asking the price and services, and they just gave me some pictures and asked me to go on their website, and said they are super busy these days, if I have any concerns about the fees, then don’t come to them. Lol!! such bad manners. If you “care too much about money”, then don’t go there.

Consistently very slow, disorganized, and sloppy. Emails go weeks without an answer. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing. They repeatedly ask for and repeatedly lose documents. It took them close to two months to prepare a Canadian income tax filing and when they finally presented the documents for approval mere days before the tax filing deadline they were riddled with very basic errors. There are some staff who are okay; but, there are others who cannot deliver on promises, especially Wayne, who in my opinion should be fired. The only time some of the staff will work is when you threaten to take your business elsewhere. Being kind, courteous and patient doesn't work with these people, yelling is required. If you're looking for an accounting firm that can be a stable and reliable business partner rather than one you need to nag and pester constantly to get basic minimum government-mandated tasks complete you should look elsewhere. It's a shame because Ke Wang (Christina) herself is good but staff like Wayne make dealing with this company as enjoyable as a root canal.
