WINMAR Property Restoration Specialists - Bathurst

Not pleased at all.  I was out if my house for 3 months and still the job was not completed.    After completing their job, they had to completly destroy the staircase (which they had done in new) , redo the floor ceramic (which they had done in new), and redo the bath/shower wall ceramic(which the had done in new).   They had to repaint (which they had done).   So basically the job was done twice.    This company took 8 1/2 months to complete their work.    I wish I could put pictures for you to see. It was terrible and very unprofessionnal.

They were unclear as to when they would come do the services requested. Ended up cancelling after a couple weeks waiting and when I did the person didn't wanna cancel the appointment themselves so they tried offering me the tech's cell number. They weren't too happy when I asked what's the purpose of where I'm calling today if I can't just cancel my appointment atm. Anyways, I wouldn't get services done by a company that has employees that try passing work as easy as cancelling an appointment with my house.

They showed up this spring after my basement flooded and were very efficient and professional with their repairs. They did not ask for my signature for them to be paid until I was 100% satisfied of their work. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

RE: ICE DAMAfter all the preliminary estimates, etc., two men from Winmar, Roger and Patrick, began their restoration work on four rooms affected by the ice and water...excellent work and very pleasant. Thank you...
