My senior citizen father brought his phone here hoping to get it fixed as it was not turning on properly. The gentleman" behind the counter did a visual inspection then told him it was unfixable and proceeded to sell him a new phone. They told him they would recycle the old one for him.My dad let me know what had happened and I reminded him that he actually pays a monthly fee on his phone so that it can be fixed for free or low cost. I quickly called the store and let them know I'd be coming back for my dad's "broken" phone as it was still under the warranty plan..When I got to the store the man behind the counter told me to wait and that he had to go get it from the back.When I got the phone back it was clear that they had it plugged in and had done a factory reset on the phone. Surprise!!! The phone was now working.Not only do I believe these people tried to rip-off a senior citizen for a phone that was easily fixed but to add salt to the wound they sold him another phone that he didn't need from them

I highly recommend this company!The people are personable, honest, and more than willing to go the extra mile for their customers. The technician does excellent work in as short of time as possible.My cell feel out of my pocket and was ran over by a pickup truck. I thought it was just the screen that needed to be replaced. These guys pretty much rebuilt my phone & charged me half price for what they were selling them for.I, for one, am their new customer, forever!Thank you very much! You saved me a lot of money and time.

Got a new battery for my phone today the man doing the work said the screen got damaged during installing the battery. He was quick to tell me what happened and resolved the issue giving me a new screen free of charge. Exactly the customer service I’m looking for thx guys I will be back for anything I need in the future

Absolute garbage was paid to fix my daughters iPad screen did not inform me that the frame was bent so the new screen would not fit in properly so because of that it is now broken again and they're telling me there's nothing they can do but they did not inform me that was bent to begin with before they fixed it literally two weeks after it was broken again was not been to begin with I'm guessing it got bad from them trying to take the full-screen out

I have never had to take a phone in for repair. These guys were super nice. Repaired my type c connector in under an hour. Price was very fair. I would definitely recommend them. And thanks again guys

Technician was very helpful and efficient. I have been to this business a few times and they are always able to resolve any problem I have with my phone. They do not try to upsell and go the extra mile for their customers.
