Customer are beneath them. Terrible customer service. Called the guy, he didn’t even let me finished my sentence. Very unprofessional.Also they open only 4 hours a day , 5 days a week, and when I got there during business hour to pick my stuff, they said they on break, open again at 1pm. Had to wait another half an hour in front of the shop.Spent a lot of money there but they make me feel like am begging for their product.The positive thing is they have good packaging thus +1 star.

Wide variety of wraps with stock updated frequently. They offer an online tool for personalized wrap design. Also a food selection of printed patterns, competitive prices and numerous shipping options.

Ordered samples to choose a color, arrived quickly. Was able to order chosen vinyl by the foot, unlike other suppliers nearby. Wrap took a week to arrive a few cities away from location. Will order from instawraps again. No issues.

Great pricing and wide variety. I ordered the Avery Diamond silver and they had it in stock.Order was ready to pickup in an hour.Overall good experience!

YOU ARE BEING WARNED. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. BEWARE. I ordered the following, 3M SCOTCHGARD PRO SERIES 4.0 CLEAR / GLOSS PAINT PROTECTION FILM, AVERY DENNISON SW900 SUPREME SATIN YELLOW VINYL WRAP, and 3M DESIGN LINE KNIFELESS TAPE, GREEN, 3.5 MM x 50 M, I only received the vinyl in a 2 inch tube. The tape is 50 meters long, so its a 3.5-4 inch roll, which obviously cant fit a 2 inch tube. Why not just put tube and roll in one box. why pay double postage.Lost $47.00 of knifeless tape. They say they sent 2 parcels but only gave me one tracking number. They say 1 tracking number for both parcels. Canada post states each parcel should have its own tracking number. why even send 2 parcels? It would cost twice as much. Day light robbery, plus Lies and more Lies. NOT TO MENTION THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM THEIR STAFF. BEWARE. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Fast quick and easy, have used their material on a few projects and I definitely won’t be changing suppliers anytime soon!

Poor customer service. Poor packaging. I’ve never had a box of vinyl come with out any protection. Had a roll come unprotected, half of the roll had chafe marks down more than 25 feet. Company refused to make it right. I would avoid this company at all costs, it cost me.They’re response is excuses. No reason for a quarter to a half of a roll with 25 feet of chafe marks. Their reply is excuses. Take responsibility. I see several other people with similar experiences both here and on Amazon. Fix your mistakes before you loose more customers. I definitely will not be giving you anymore of my money.The item sat in a box inside my house for two months before being opened. I’ll add a photo of the vinyl in the box with out any proper protection!My fault for not checking sooner, their fault for the damage and poor customer service. They easily lost a couple grand from me from future projects

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have bought vinyl wrap from many companies and they are the only ones who cheaped out on the packaging. My gold chrome wrap arrives bent and ripped. Unusable. I spoke to their customer service and they were EXTREMELY RUDE and didn’t care about the customer at all. The least a company can do is to make it right for the custom, not complain about their loss. If you cared so much about your loss, then don’t send an expensive wrap with no protection… STAY AWAY!

Stingy over refunding $12 worth of sample wrap, imagine what you could go through if you spend $300+ and it goes missing in the mail.I am so glad I didn't spend anymore with these people. Ordered sample wrap through them on amazon to see what would be best and the order went missing in the mail. I sent a message to the seller telling them what had happened and they copied and pasted what the tracking number said, but believe it or not I can see the tracking information wow. I was issued a refund for $1 and some change from them, Amazon told me the seller was not cooperating with them and did the refund incorrectly on purpose. Amazon ended up giving me the money back on their behalf, I know it's only $12 but it is just the principle of it. I would not recommend spending any amount of money here, imagine if it was a dispute over a $300+ roll of wrap. Disappointed.Also now looking through these reviews now and seeing how the owner or whoever runs the account responds to potential customers, I bet I am about to get a snarky reply back on here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Pop off I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
