Big low-rise apartment with 3 floors.The floor plan for a 970sqft unit is good and very spacious. Good for renting, but think twice if you're looking to buy a unit.The hot tub room is never opened. The gym is a carpeted room that with smells with some weight machines and nothing for cardio.The building manager is hard to reach. He doesn't really return your call. One of the elevators broke and it was not fixed for over a month... Then the 2nd elevator broke and we all had to use the stairs for a few weeks.The parkade is not gated and my car got broken into a few times.
