Mckinnon replaced my Air conditioner and installed a humidifier as well. The two technicians were very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail to me. The office staff were great and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Mckinnon and plan on using them for all my HVAC needs.

Mckinnon's services had been recommended to me from some friends so when I bought my first place and found out that the AC unit and furnace would both have to be replaced I decided to give them a call.Michael and his team were incredibly helpful from the get-go and provided me with a number of options and recommendations at different price points. They were also very accommodating with my schedule which helped me out a lot.Installations were completed seamlessly and staff followed up promptly to ensure that I had received all the necessary warranty documents.Great pricing and a timely, professional attitude. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

Sharing a very bad, almost surreal experience with the owner of this company. I purchased a brand new furnace from them, and the next day it failed. A McKinnon technician came to fix it, and it failed again the following day. I had tenants who were without heat for several days as a result and we were understandably upset. I expressed this to the owner of the company, who without an ounce of empathy or understanding, completely lost his temper with me and said he was coming the next morning to remove the furnace and issue a credit whether I liked it or not. Leaving me to start from the beginning to find a new furnace. I couldn’t believe he took such a harsh stance given the situation. He just lost the plot completely and couldn’t be reasoned with.While this company gets some good reviews, and I’m sure they do good work, know that if things go south, do not expect any understanding or customer service - They will just abandon you completely.

Customer service and repair technicians were great on the warranty repair work on my water heater, however charging a customer $412.45 labour plus truck charge for less than 40 minutes of work makes you think about ever using this business again. I’m all for everyone needing to be profitable, however this was over the top. If you want good value for service, I highly recommend you shop around.

I had another contractor come to fix my Air conditioner and told me I needed a replacement. I was sceptical so I called McKinnon as a friend referred me to them. They were able to fix the equipment very inexpensively and I will now only trust them to fix my home comfort equipment.

I had an old condensate pump that died shortly after a new furnace installation. Dinesh was my service guy. He did an immaculate job going above and beyond in super detail even improving on the initial installation making sure everything would work at it's best. He really impressed me.

We got a whole home humidifier installation done along with a digital humidistat. Danish (the technician who installed the unit) was excellent. The company was very responsive and got the work done as early as possible. DANISH was very professional and gave a thorough breakdown of the installation and its parts. He also showed us about furnace work which was very impressive. I highly recommend them for your HVAC / furnace needs.

I called Mckinnon as my hot water tank had stopped working. They sent out a technician named Hamid who fixed the problem efficiently and was very knowledgeable. I’m very pleased as my hot water tank is now back up and running.

McKinnon has been absolutely incredible. Particularly Danish - who went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend them/HIM enough and will definitely be saving the contact for any future hearing/cooling requirements.
