We have been working with Rob Ancell since 2015. He designed our website, logo and many other aspects of our business. As our business grew, he assisted in making our website and other products grow with it. Rob responds quickly to all our questions and is always available to help. A few years ago, a developer who helped our firm create a sprawling Joomla installation (with about 80 slave sites) stepped back from her business and we were left scrambling to try to find a replacement who could help us with maintenance and edits to the existing sites. Enter Ancell, who arranged meetings with the previous developer to download all the necessary information and who have seamlessly stepped in to assist with all of our maintenance needs in the meantime. They are very responsive, hard working (sometimes problems have been challenging to resolve) and fairly priced. Thank you to the Ancell team!
