I have no idea what the inside of the store looks like and never will after dealing with their service dept. I moved to the area 3 months ago and found my house had very poor water pressure. I called Florence Mill after being referred to them. I have been calling for 2 1/2 months now and still haven't seen a repair man. One day someone did show up to do a diagnosis and said someone would be out to fix it, however that was 3 weeks ago. I called another company and 5 days later problem fixed.
