Heard from my friend that this is a great place to get my car fixed, someone bumped into my rear bumper and I had to get a replacement. I got it fixed within a day, which is super quick compared to other shops, but the problem I have is that my car came back to me damaged. When I was talking with them to get a repair, they said they'll also get rid of scratches on my door, that is the main reason why I chose this shop over others. But as they gave the car back to me, the response I got when I asked why is there still a scratch is I never said I'll get rid of the scratches." Not only that my car came back to me with even more scratches on the door. I may have not seen it the other day so I'll just let that slip

I went to Myers at Hunt Club with my car, I showed that rear car seat is not locking properly. The service guy looked at it and try fixing nothing happened.So Myers quoted me that they will look into it.Diagnostic Cost will be $108Then repair cost will $$$ + Equipment cost $$. I refused the quote.Then I went to Carmech (Radha), waved my hand he came and I explained issue, he puts his hand under car seat, pulled some god knows wire, tada, its working . He took 15 seconds. Interestingly, he did not even charge me for that and said bye see you...:).

My check engine light came on while in Ottawa for a medical appointment, and after being turned away with no help by the nearest Ford dealership, I gave these guys a call. They warned me it would be about a 30 minute wait, but they would be happy to help. They were able to plug the diagnostic tool in and get an error code that detailed a problem which we determined could wait until I returned home more than 200km away that same day. The best part? I offered to pay them for their time, but they refused. Do you know how hard it is to find that kind of quality help from people nowadays? Very classy folks. For peace of mind, I would definitely recommend.

Great price, great service, fast and they have always just fixed the problem at hand and let you know if there may be something else.I never find myself having to come back because something failed to work as expected or something new suddenly showing up.Great team
