A great walk in clinic with staff who are really friendly and prompt. I did not feel uneasy about being a new patient and was seen with a smile right away. I would definitely recommended this clinic. It's located up the elvator from the sidewalk level, and over top of London Drugs. There is parking in the back or street metered parking.

I desperately needed a health care professional to see me and diagnose (or not) suspected bronchitis. While the receptionist was nice enough on the phone, I was told that this clinic.. a walk-in clinic, to be clear.. was not accepting new patients, just repeat patients to the clinic. It’s fine if this clinic is made up of primarily primary care doctors, but it should not be advertised as a walk-in clinic. You’re better off looking elsewhere if you need that service.

The same a many people commented before me. I am not able to get an appointment unless I call at 8:30 am and otherwise there is nothing to do. However, the thing I really wonder is why despite the complaints with not just this clinic, but many that are not even getting new patients nowadays, nothing happens. Maybe it is a general issue that has arisen since the pandemic and is not getting better in any case.

This walk-in clinic used to be decent in the beginning, and then it went downhill in the last couple of years. I find the reception are rude on most days and the doctors are a big hit and miss. What is even worse now is that the hours are whack. The avability seems to be shrinking as we speak. They use to open 5-6 days a week but now booking an appointment seems impossible. Now I see office hours for only Monday and Tuesdays. What kind of clinic opens for only two days a week? doesnt even make sense. Unless they are lacking physicians? anyways if you need immediate care this place is not it.

Receptionists are unorganized, miserable and unhelpful. Made the mistake of coming here after a car accident and now I must continue to return to this location for my follow ups.Doctors are incredibly helpful, efficient, thoughtful, thorough and kind but the treatment you receive from the receptionists is so unprofessional and nasty that it makes it difficult to appreciate the other positives aspect of this clinic.

Worst costumer service, the receptionists couldn't be more rude and lazy, they make you feel bad for being a patient. I don't know if the administration are aware of the way they treat patients, but I definitely don't advise you to go to this clinic!Do better, you’re dealing with people that need health care, but first of all you’re dealing with human beings!

Be warned, according to receptionist, they don’t actually take walk ins in this clinic, only recurring patients.

Have been going to this clinic for years. The doctors are decent enough but the admin staff are rude, impatient and self-important. I work in medical care so I know how stressful it can be but there’s no excuse for rudeness, especially when dealing with people who are ill or anxious. I’ve been trying to get a refill of a prescription for a week now and every single day when I call, the clinic is already booked up and they can’t put me on a wait list for some unknown reason. I’m fed up of this and am searching for a better clinic closer to me. Don’t bother with Crossroads.

The reception is confusing and people working there are not very welcoming or helpful. I have seen three different doctors at this clinic and none of them was able to help me, or provided any insight into next steps when their initial impressions proved to be inaccurate. The 'care' element of medicine is severely lacking here.
