We are extremely satisfied with Lancaster, from the initial quotation and knowledgeable information from Cassandra to the expedited and efficient installation of the equipment from Wes, Brian and Anthony. We had instant relief from the hot, humid weather and will definitely return when we need our furnace replaced. I would highly recommended giving this company a call next time you have HVAC needs!

It is not often I am impressed enough with a company's performance that would lead me to take the time to write a review, however Lancaster Heating & Cooling has hit the mark. From project beginning to end, and every employee I interacted with have been customer service oriented, knowledgeable, honest, and highly competent in their roles, making this purchase nothing short of a pleasurable experience and one I felt confident in making. A standout for me was their Sales Rep. (Cassandra), who was so incredibly personable, honest and knowledgeable about the product options, and oversaw our satisfaction from start to finish. She advocated for our needs and the installation timing with her colleagues, coordinating every step ensuring we got full value for our purchase and then some. Talk about going above and beyond…wow, what an incredible asset she is to this company and the reason I will only choose this company for any future needs. She instilled trust through her decency and genuine approach, without any pushy salespitch that quite honestly would have been a deal killer forus. Another stand out is Rob(service technician) who troubleshooted an issue with our old furnace for free, whichkept it going for another 2 years before we purchased our new unit from them. Rob is a highly skilled technician, who alsodemonstrated a lot of integrity andknowledge. I would highly recommend this company!

My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year. The Lancaster team responded immediately with a replacement system. Their work was neat, professional and they went above and beyond to ensure I was left with professional installation. Great work!

We recently had Lancaster heating & cooling install a new central air conditioning system. As any prudent homeowner would, I received several quotes on the work and selected Lancaster even though they were mid-pack as far as their pricing. I found them to be entirely professional from the quotation through the installation. There were some minor issues with the electronic components of our furnace but these were taken care of quickly and with no additional charge even though a part was required. The installation crew respected our home by laying down runners over our carpeting to keep things clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this organization and look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with them

Amazing experience with this company. They were very well prepared, knew exactly how to get the job done and managed to install an AC line through a pretty tricky basement.Highly recommend for any heating and cooling. I won’t go elsewhere in Hamilton.

Thank you to Lancaster for being able to respond quickly when our air conditioner broke. They were able to send someone out quickly. We were really happy with the technician, Mark who did very thorough trouble shooting to find the issue and corrected. Lancaster installed our new system and is the only company we trust to maintain and service it. The service is excellent.

We contacted Lancaster to install our Hot Water Tank. Cassandra gave us a price offer and subsequently scheduled a technician to install our tank. The process was smooth however the delay from Lancaster who was initially supposed to send a technician in the morning but due to a few emergency calls we were pushed back to 3 PM. I thought the communication link between the technicians and Lancaster and customer should be improved to deliver a seamless service and an informed one. No other issues otherwise. Highly recommended!

I recently called Lancaster for two reasons: 1) furnace heat not operating and fireplace pilot light not functioning properly. Lancaster staff arrived at my house within 1 day of calling and repaired both issues. The furnace drainage pipe was clogged and furnace needed some maintenance. The fireplace pilot light required some adjustments and this was repaired along with a thorough cleaning of glass and fireplace. Good customer service. We purchased a furnace and tankless hot water heater from Lancaster almost 2 years ago. We wanted the tankless water heater cleaned and descaled to keep it running at the optimal level. Lancaster sent Rob over to complete the work. Rob was on time, very friendly, professional, and easy to chat with. He went above and beyond and left the worksite clean. Would highly recommend Rob!

Also connected my gas dryer. Richard and his team are awesome to work with. Friendly, reliable, and fair pricing. I would use them again and and would recommend using them.
