Decent Tim Hortons, but often very busy and they can’t keep up. Most times I’m there, there are maximum 2 people during the lunch rush.Also if they mess up your order, they make you pay for a new one.I ordered an iced capp with almond milk and no whip once, and got an iced capp with regular milk. When I showed the receipt they told me if I wanted a new one I’d have to buy another. I’m allergic to dairy, and paid for almond milk in the first one.

Went to grab 4 large ice caps today at 1245pm. This man came in and asked for his water bottle to be filled. He asked for ice and the employee told him “we have paying customers you’ll have to wait” then proceeded to tell him “how an I supposed to put it into your cup” , then told him “you’ll need to pay 10 cents for a cup. He said he’d pay and she ignored him. I stepped in and said “why won’t you give him ice out, it’s 30 degrees” she again repeated “company policy he needs to pay 10cents for a cup”. My friend stepped in and offered to pay for the cup, they ignored her. The guy left, another friend of mine went to the gas station attached and bought the poor man a cold water. The fact that they couldn’t even give the man ice on a 30+ day is ridiculous. I will never support this Tim Hortons location, and I will take my business else where. Shame because all the staff I work with utilize this Tim’s as it’s close to work!AWFUL. No humanity to be found there.

Typically the same tim Horton's as all others are..now what makes a Timmy's is the staff theres three ladies that work every morning I go here and I been here I'll say a few times and now I just walk in they now what i want they just make it I pay and say have a nice day they super nice here fast as this tiny Timmy's has to offer them in work conditions wize yes I'll recommend this place for the morning coffee run keep up the good work at this location

Every single time I’ve come to this Tim’s my order has either ALWAYS been wrong or the food is burnt. I finally had enough this time when my chicken wrap was burnt along with our belt (somehow?) and the potatoes wedges. We also orders all three ice coffee and somehow ended up with a large hot coffee. It’s always the same cashier and the same coworker. I think someone really needs to talk to the workers about communication. Instead of just saying yea over and over they should ask you to repeat yourself ect when they don’t understand.

This location really went down hill. The staff that work weekday mornings here are honestly so brain dead. They mess every order up. They don't turn their machines on when opening the store. Their service and attitudes are aweful especially the old one. Fix your store.
