My 3.5 year old participated in the Sunday morning Ninja Class and he loved it--it was the most engaged he had ever been in a sports activity. We were visiting from out of town and Sonia was very kind to allow my son to participate in the class with his friend. The class was well run and and super fun. If we lived in Sudbury we'd be enrolling in the class for sure.

My kids love it and I really enjoy the times I go. They offer lots of options. Everyone gets a workout and learn the martial art or arts they choose. My kids do kickboxing, karate, ta kwon do and jiu jitsu is their favorite. I like the kickboxing. Instructors are truly awesome and make the place feel like family. I could not recommend them enough.

I practice kickboxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu with Northstar Martial Arts. This place is like a second family! The instructors are awesome, they are patient and help you reach your goals, no matter what they are. They have lots of classes, all levels (from beginner to more advanced) and all ages (adults, kids) are welcome. Their classes have helped me stay active and manage stress. I highly recommend Northstar Martial Arts!
