The building is well-maintained and has ample common area space, including a community garden, public BBQ and gazebo, as well as a common room for larger gatherings. Moving in was quick and easy, and the staff are very easy to work with. All of the tenants are friendly and everyone's pets are well-trained. Its a great building with a great location.

We have only just moved in but the property manager has been very proactive in getting the few issues we found addressed and fixed right away! The apartment is beautiful, the neighbors are very sweet, and I feel extremely comfortable here!! I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new home!!
