Dr. Daniel Ma

Dr. Ma is a very excellent doctor. I have never meet a ortho that is so caring, nice and patient. I never felt rushed during the appointments. From my experience he is not a dentist that cares about money and not care about the patients. That is a huge part of what I look for in a dentist. The receptionist is very kind too. She always helped me with my insurance and was very patient when I have questions.

Had a consultation with Dr Ma, he is very knowledgeable and professional and caring for patient which means a lot, wish I knew him earlier. Also, Queenie at the front desk is very nice and helpful in organizing appointment requirement and providing information when needed. Great atmosphere in the clinic. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Dr. Daniel Ma is very skillful and knowledgeable. He analyzes which treatment is best for me. He explains every step patiently. He did follow-ups after my treatment. His team is wonderful. They are very helpful and polite. I highly recommend him! Bouns point is he speaks Cantonese, as well as English! :)

Dr. Ma was highly recommended to us from another dentist. Staff helped us arrange convenient appointments for my kids. Comfortable waiting room. Plenty of free parking around the neighbourhood.

Dr. Ma was by far the most incredible for fixing my crooked teeth. He has been very effective and very thorough in his work, and as a result of it, my teeth looks better than it was before. Other family members of mine have even chosen Dr. Ma to fix their's as well. I finished my invisalign journey with Dr. Ma. He and all his staffs are nice to work with. Most importantly, he is very professional and helpful in making my teeth look better and healthier. I was hesitant to start this long process at first but it turns out so worthy. I’m now super confident when talking and smiling to people. It’s never too late to make yourself better!

Dr. Ma has fixed my crocket teeth using Invisalign. He was very clear with instructions and very patient as well. He and his professional staff went on and beyond in order to provide the best customer service. I had to move to Seattle in the middle of my treatment and Dr. Ma was very accommodating. I used to travel to see him when I was able, however, we kept in touch through the Invisalign app and Dr. Ma’s feedback was always on time. At the end he even ordered my Hawley retainer in a rush in order to get them within three days as I was coming back to Seattle and he did not charge for extra cost. In addition, He sent me new Invisalign trays twice to my Seattle address. I am beyond grateful for his understanding and patience. Dr. Ma and his team are truly professional and caring. Dr Ma has been my sister and I’s orthodontist doctor since we were kids. He has been very helpful with everything and I highly recommend him to everyone. It’s difficult to find good doctors but I feel lucky to have met him and his practice.
