Thermo Solutions Insulation

We had Thermo Solutions do the spray foam in our basement, and we could not be happier. They were flexible on price for what we needed, accommodated our schedule as much as possible, and gave us ample information about spray foam. We felt like they treated us as friends more than customers, and to top it all off, the spray foam turned out GREAT! They were also quick and efficient. We seriously have nothing to complain about. We got quotes from about 5 other companies, and no one else treated us better or offered better packages. We would most definitely recommend Thermo Solutions.

Corey was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to have a look at my attic and quickly diagnose the problem, putting me both at ease as well as offering next steps. He also sent me a email with photos and contacts within a few hours of the visit. Would definitely use this business again.

I had a good experience with thermo solutions. They applied spray foam insulation to the rim joists of my partly finished basement. There were a few spots where access to the rim joist was tight, but they did a great job with the application and I am happy with the results. They also took great care to protect the drywall, doors, appliances, etc. Everyone I corresponded with was kind and professional, and the whole process from the estimate through to invoice was easy. Recommended.

Themo Solutions fixed the insulation issues in my attic. I had a condensation problem so there was a problem that had to be fixed and they came to my rescue. They removed all the insulation that had shifted and was blocking vents, painted on a vapour barrier, then blew in new insulation. They did an excellent job.I was very happy with the communication with their staff. They were patient in looking at options that would work for me to make my home well insulated so energy efficient and safe. The staff kept me informed regularly re: the work to be done and when their installers would be at my home. They took pictures of the attic before and after the work was done which they provided to me.All installers were very careful (putting drop cloths or poly on my floors and vents). They were very respectful, polite and obviously competent. Several installers told me they were happy with their job and that the company treated them well which speaks well of the management.This was one of the BEST companies I have had do work in my home Absolutely an A+++ company.Thanks so muchKathryn Jones

Thermo Solutions was by to fix a part of our driveway and sidewalk that was sunken.The initial estimate was was quick and reasonable and they were able to do the work for us in a very timely manner.The crew that did the work was very professional and helpful and ensured that we understood what was happening.After the work was completed, we had one issue, but we contacted them and they responded almost immediately, and had it solved the next morning.They were very professional and I would recommend them highly.

The most professional company I dealt with! I tried getting quotes from several companies in the city and kept getting jerked around. When I reached out to Thermo Solutions I was blown away at the quality of service I received. Corey was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. He came out in person within a week and emailed me a detailed quote for the work immediately, literally an hour after he left my house. (You would be surprised at how many companies did not want to come out in person and tried to conduct business over text or give a quote over the phone!) The quote was detailed and indicated that there was an area he was worried about as it was a tight fit, but he was sure he had a crew member small enough to fit. I was able to book the work as quickly as a week from when I got the quote. The crew called about 20 mins before they arrived to give us the heads up and they were very respectful in my home. They took of their shoes outside and put on booties, laid down sheet to ensure there was no mess. While installing the insulation we ran into an issue about not being able to get to a far corner of the roof, however the crew communicated with us throughout the process and ended up being able to find a solution to get the insulation all the way where it needed to go. The process was quick and painless and I was blown away (pun intended! ) that there was not a single spec or mess after they left. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future!

We have has some really bad and frustrating experiences with contractors as of late as we trying to take advantage of greener homes and CIEP programs. Thermo Solutions was the exception by far. Great communication, accommodating, Professional, going above and beyond. Highly recommended
