Ordered online. Worst vietnamese food ever! Cold pho! By far the WORST service in any restaurant I've experienced in the city. Brought us the wrong orders and gave us attitude when we tried to tell them. Came back with the right bowl of noodles that was ice cold. Asked to have a hot one, they zipped it in the microwave and brought it back. Each time we needed them, it was like pulling teeth to get their attention, and they had a terrible attitude like we were annoying them. It was by far the worst restaurant experience I've had in the city. I should mention the food was terrible too, which if you're a fan of vietnamese food, you'd realize pretty much right away.

Pretty good, parking is horrible though - the parking lot is atrocious for pot holes and trying to leave is difficult. The soup was good but service was quite dull for it being not busy at all. Probably won’t come back

Poor Quality Pho. I’m pretty sure the noodles smell funny. The broth is light and definitely not authentic. Will never go back. Very disappointed. The meat tasted disgusting and was hard to chew and was probably spoiled . I don't know how they've stayed in business with such bad quality food.. I am thinking of reporting to Alberta Health. Stay away from here.

Ordered the grilled beef and vermicelli (10B) to go and it was absolutely tasteless and burnt. We ordered extra hosin sauce (50cent extra) as well as an order of spring rolls neither of which were placed in the order. The one spring roll that was included was most definitely just store bought frozen.I expect good food when ordering out not a dry, burnt and tasteless mess.

This is the worst restaurant we have ever been to in my entire life. The server never gave us water to drink and in the middle of us eating our dinner said they were closing in ten minutes, seriously? This is why you deserved zero tip. Last but no least, the place was dirty and disgusting, curtains had food on them, my advice, do not use the washroom.Lesson learned: When you see a restaurant with such (fake) high rating and you see the place is empty as we saw it, don’t believe the ratings, believe your own eyes.

I feel that since COVID it has gotten a lot cleaner which is nice. However last time I was there they were cleaning with a very strong scent that made the food we were eating even taste like it lol. The Pho is the best here, the vermicelli bowl leaves something to be desired. I love their peanut sauce for the salad rolls!

I was not pleased with the customer service tonight. The lady gave me and my friends attitude. Rushing us to finish eating and yelled at us after we wanted to spit the bill. I think she should’ve been more kind and understanding towards us because we love going there, the food is really good. It just made us sad, with kind regards.

Been coming here for years, broth is consistent and flavourful for regular beef pho.$12 for a small bowl which was quite filling but they are skimping on the meat. Only had 2 small pieces of tendon in my number 23Edit Nov 14, 2021:Still tasty but the price has gone up yet quantity has really gone down. Got my usual 23 and had 1 piece of tendon cut in half, it’s one of my favourite things here so that was disappointing. Especially since this cheaping our inn the meat seems to be a trend from my recent visits. If there is barely any meat, a bowl of noodles does not seem worth the price. Springs rolls were freshly made though. Staff are nice
